She has developed & managed assignments for leading Japanese, European, American and Indian Corporations. Successfully strategizing and steering mandates in the field of general management including CEO and Business Unit Leaders, Binita has been responsible for talent identification and acquisition in critical functional and operational roles too. These include R&D, supply chain, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, projects, legal, human resources and manufacturing.

Her Senior Management Executive Search experience spans over a decade, which coincides with the rapid development and growth of the Indian Automotive, Engineering and Design Services sector.
