Krithi has worked in diverse industries, primarily in relationship management roles.

Prior to joining Spearhead IS she was associated with an advertising agency and before that with an arts organization. She has collective experience in program co-ordination and client servicing.

At Spearhead IS she is involved in cross-industry research and shared services support.

She is a graduate in Science from Bangalore University. She is an accomplished dancer and has a degree in Performing Arts with specialization in Classical Dance.
