Rajat is based at Spearhead IS, New Delhi. He is a key member of the KM and IR (knowledge management and Industry Research) team that forms a critical base for assignments mandated to the Firm. He has successfully led research activities on a cross section of domestic and international searches across industries.

Prior to this, Rajat worked with Princeton Review as Research Analyst and with APPTT Corporation, London (fourth largest food Retail Company, UK) as a Management Trainee.

He has a Master’s in International Business from Thames Valley University, UK and completed Bachelor.

Rajat is an avid sportsman. He represented Delhi Cricket Association (DDCA) and received many awards through the course of competitive tournaments at State, District, and University Levels. He enjoys travelling to diverse countries and loves to explore new culture and cuisines!
